Refund/Cancellation Policies: No refunds given on completed travel or labor. All special-order hardware/software sales are final unless defective. Charges for ICC profiles will be waived if satisfactory results are not achieved provided all copies of said profiles are destroyed. Appointment cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. All missed appointments will incur the standard one hour minimum charge plus travel expenses if any. Performance of services may be suspended until such time as all missed appointment fees are paid. Clients wishing to meet at public establishments such as coffee shops, restaurants or bars must pay in advance unless they happen to work at said establishment.
